Autobiography

My name is Katharina Bruenen. I currently live in Venice, Florida. I was born in Pabianice, Poland on April 30, 1978. I lived there until I was eleven years old. Pabianice is a wonderful and peaceful place. I really enjoyed growing up in this town.

In 1989 my family and I moved to Germany to my father's family. I spent my next seventeen years in Hameln, Germany. My stay there was a good base for my education. I visited several art classes and finished with a degree in Art and Design.

As I look back over the years, some of my memories let me express my work today. In contrast to my later life in Germany, where my eyes learned the organization and my hands the perfection; my childhood still influences my imagination. I remember picking the flowers in the spring or climbing the trees in the summer. Also I remember walking in the woods and discovering nature, or just lying on the grass and hearing the birds. Gathering experience through my life is who I am today. One more thing about me is, that I speak fluent English, German and Polish.
